Per Ontario and Quebec regulations, you MUST provide a Government Issued Photo ID matching your delivery order.
We will be delivering our cannabis and tobacco products directly to your door.
Pay by E-Transfer (for Delivery & MailOrder)
Use your bank's app or online portal to send a secure and quick e-Transfer payment. Payment must be made prior to delivery. For driver safety, we do not accept cash.
Apartments & Condos
If you live in an apartment or condo complex, please leave SPECIFIC instructions in the Special Instructions message box when ordering to help us properly deliver to your door. You will receive text messages updating you on the status of your order.
Disclaimer
If you are not present when your driver arrives at your location to complete your delivery, we will make every effort to reach you. If you are not available, you order will be cancelled and will not be re-delivered until you have paid a $20 Re-Delivery fee.
Cancellations
If you elect to cancel your delivery after we have attempted to deliver to you (unsuccessfully), you will be refunded for your ordered products ONLY. You will NOT be refunded the $20 delivery fee, as we dispatched a driver in good faith. Our drivers deserve to get paid for their time, regardless of order delivery success/failure.
